2008 Youth Tips for the Kormpai Complex:

• Storm changed to gold jerseys. Suggestion is to buy black alternate jersey (there are new blue ones at the concession stand).
• All players (that includes the goalkeeper) must have the shirts tucked in unless they are wearing pinnies.
• NO time can be added that would delay the following game regardless of event.
• When both teams have players at the halfway line, allow both teams to substitute on throw-in.
• The U-10/8 throw-in: if it's done with 2 hands overhead and the feet come up slightly - let it go. If grossly illegal, have it only redone once in a game for each team after instruction.
• If a U-10 goalkeeper accidentally drops the ball while punting, allow him/her to pick it up and punt. Do not penalize for 2nd touch.
